Pepper/Tony Ship Name?

I know this place is barely open, but I wanted to share this for anyone reading. For the record, Kaz is my sister-in-law. Now... just absorb the madness.

Me: I'm trying to think of a shipper name for Pepper/Tony, but they're all crappy or making me laugh. Even though I hate ship names...
Kaz: Well, what have you thought of?
Me: Tepper... That's lame. Pony. That makes me laugh. Penie... that makes me laugh HARDER.
Kaz: Pepperony.
Me: OMG WHAT!?
Kaz: Pepperony... with a "Y" instead of an "I" at the end....
Me: That's perfect! The best one I came up with was Toner.

Because Kaz is much more clever than me.

It's basically a joke... I'm not fond of ship names either. I was just playing around.

Was it anime? I didn't know that. The first 'smashed name' I know of is Spuffy. That sounds find of nice, but some are really WTF.

Pepperony is so cute as a 'mock' ship name though :)

Personally, I thought it started with all the celebrity couples. Which is just so much worse than fandom smash-up names in my mind. But that's a whole other debate, LOL!
